Diversity Initiative to Assist Financial Services Firms in Fulfilling FCA/PRA Diversity & Inclusion Data Collection, Reporting, and Disclosure Requirements

UK-based Divrsity, the Diversity & Inclusion survey platform, has recently launched a new system which enables regulated organisations to fulfil their soon-to-be-implemented FCA/PRA obligations regarding Diversity & Inclusion Data Collection, Reporting and Disclosure. This comes after the Financial Services financial regulators announced proposals in September which aim to “boost diversity and inclusion to support healthy work cultures, reduce groupthink and unlock talent”.

The Divrsity platform has included the FCA/PRA questions in its pre-set question banks so that customers can launch their survey to fulfil the requirements of the regulation in under 10 minutes. Results are available immediately and the platform also provides interactive charts to generate insights from the data. Divrsity will generate a compatible XML/XBRL file when the FCA RegData system is updated to accept submissions of D&I data.

Divrsity was founded two years ago by Mark Holt, who previously served as CTO at Trainline and 10x Banking. Since then, their secure SaaS platform has been used to run thousands of surveys and help organisations to make meaningful changes to Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Bias and Belonging. Data is processed and stored in the UK and Divrsity also offers an “Obsessive Anonymity” promise to shield customers from any GDPR concerns.

The Divrsity platform is highly customisable and response rates are typically around 75%. Prices are also highly affordable, with companies up to 2000 employees paying just £999 (+VAT) and companies up to 20,000 participants paying £1,500 (+VAT).
