SHORE Receives Gold at 2023 Free From Food Awards for Innovative New Products

SHORE the Scottish Seaweed Company is thrilled to announce their success at the recent Free From Food Awards 2023, winning three awards. The company won Gold and Bronze in the newly launched Ramen Broth range, as well as a Silver in the Snacking category for the Smoky BBQ Seaweed Chips.

The awards mark the first win for SHORE’s Ramens, an innovative range of plant-based broths inspired by Asian cuisine. These broths provide a simple-to-cook solution to create a high-quality restaurant-style ramen experience at home. Utilising SHORE’s sustainably harvested Scottish seaweed to create a naturally umami-rich flavour, the broths come in two delicious flavours Miso & Chilli and are available in recyclable Tetra packs that serve two, with an RRP of £3.79.

Commenting on the win, SHORE said: “We are delighted to receive these prizes from the prestigious Free From Awards, particularly the recognition for our new range of Ramen Broths. Our products demonstrate how versatile seaweed can be as a foodie ingredient, offering a healthy, restaurant-style experience at home.”
