Process Management International Ltd (PMI), a performance improvement consultancy and training firm, announced on Thursday 30th November 2023 that it had acquired Capella Associates Ltd, a specialist in Improvement Apprenticeship delivery, from its founder Kate Smith.
The transaction consolidates PMI’s position as a leading Performance Improvement specialist and Kate Smith has joined the board of PMI on a permanent basis, becoming a Managing Partner and maintaining responsibility for Apprenticeships.
