AUTODOC Enlists Amazon Expert for European Category Management

AUTODOC SE has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Raoul Heinze as Senior Vice President of its newly established EU Category Management department, based in Luxembourg.

Heinze, who joined AUTODOC in May 2023, brings 25 years of professional expertise in the retail and technology sectors to this position. Having held various management positions at Amazon for 13 years and heading European automotive aftermarket operations between 2016 and 2021, he will help AUTODOC optimise customer experience and its value proposition.

Commenting on his appointment, Heinze said: “AUTODOC is a fascinating company, especially with their clear focus on the European automotive aftermarket segment in 27 countries. The EU Category Management department, which consists of eight existing teams, will now include around 175 employees across five different countries.
