Appleton Greene & Co. announced today the launch of a new corporate training program titled “High-Performance Innovation”. The program, which is led by Certified Learning Provider (CLP) Mr. Auriach, is designed to help leaders, managers, project managers and innovation project directors measure, improve and compare the performance of their innovation projects in organizations with 100 to 100,000 employees.
Mr. Auriach has an extensive background in engineering, strategy, process and innovation performance, digital marketing and business consulting. He holds engineering degree in aerospace from Sup’aero University (in Toulouse, France) and a master’s degree in Business Consulting from ESCP Business School (Paris, France). He has also held various management positions in western Europe, including a Partner position at Accenture from 2005 to 2013.
The program aims to provide participants with a state-of-the-art innovation portfolio management (IPM) process that will help them effectively manage the investment envelope devoted to innovation. This process will also enable participants to prioritize existing initiatives, identify new opportunities, and adapt the model to their organization’s culture, system of creativity, strategy and target markets.
The program is designed to be deployed on an agile approach based on cellular organizations, where innovation cells are created to provide support, accompaniment and specific management. In addition, participants will be trained to use a collaborative tool to develop and maintain an external ecosystem, and produce dashboards to communicate and highlight results.
The first 12 modules are intended for the top management of the subsets of the organization, witnesses of current or past innovation projects, and any line managers or intermediate managers who will participate in future innovation cells.
