RVA Surveyors have seen several of their team members promoted to management positions this year, following successful completion of their inaugural management programme. Sam Graham, Cara Wilkinson and Kirsty Morgan have all been promoted to Assistant Managers, while Louis Worthington and Rebecca Talbot have been promoted to Surveyor Mentor and Credit Control Team Leader respectively.
The programme, which is managed by Clare Whitfield, Head of Surveying and Operations, covers topics such as conflict management, mental health awareness training, and projects and process management. It contains elements of both internal and external qualifications and focuses on both theoretical and practical leadership skills.
Clare said of the promotions: “Their continued hard work and development has been brilliant to see, and these promotions are fully deserved.”
Anthony Hughes, Managing Director at RVA Surveyors, added: “The junior management programme is a great opportunity for colleagues to see a pathway to becoming a leader within the business. Being able to help people push further and achieve in both their professional and personal goals, goes a long way to maintaining our stance on continuous improvement and development.”
Organised and run with the help of Hallidays HR and other external partners, the ten-month comprehensive programme is designed to equip team members with the managerial and leadership skills needed to further their careers. So far, it has been highly successful in doing so.
